Terms of Service

Agreement and accounts

By using MorphManager, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Care and Calculator Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must provide accurate account information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and keep control of the email account used for one-time-code authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Your records and license to operate the service

You retain ownership of collection, husbandry, genetics, project, photo, export, forum, and other content you submit. You grant MorphManager a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, back up, format, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the service according to your settings and requests. You may export your records using available export features.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or these Terms.

Acceptable use and community moderation

Do not use MorphManager to break the law; harm people or animals; harass or deceive others; infringe rights; distribute malware; probe or disrupt the service; bypass access, entitlement, storage, or rate limits; scrape the service; automate abusive activity; or upload unlawful, dangerous, or misleading content.

Community content may be reported, reviewed, restricted, removed, or preserved by authorized moderators or administrators. We may lock threads, limit posting, suspend accounts, or take other proportionate action to protect users, animals, and the service. Moderation cannot guarantee that all content is accurate, safe, or appropriate, and user opinions do not represent MorphManager.

No marketplace or transaction role

MorphManager is a recordkeeping, husbandry, genetics, education, export, and community platform. It is not a marketplace, broker, seller, buyer, payment intermediary, shipping service, escrow service, or party to any animal or goods transaction between users or with a third party. Export tools create files for you to use elsewhere; MorphManager does not scrape, auto-post, verify listings, guarantee counterparties, or control an external platform.

You are solely responsible for evaluating counterparties, listings, animal condition, payments, shipping, permits, taxes, and applicable laws in any transaction arranged outside MorphManager.

Subscriptions, Stripe, and Founding Lifetime

Stripe processes payments. Prices, billing periods, and the features associated with each tier are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled and may lose access after cancellation, nonpayment, or expiration as permitted by law and the checkout terms.

The Founding Lifetime offer is a limited, launch-only, one-time purchase capped at 200 subscriptions and is not guaranteed to return. It applies only to the purchasing account holder and provides the tier and feature set defined at purchase. Reasonable storage, usage, and anti-abuse limits still apply; “lifetime” does not mean unlimited storage or unlimited infrastructure use. It does not guarantee future enterprise, laboratory, commercial-research, unusually expensive services, or unrestricted commercial use beyond the stated tier. “Lifetime” means for the operating life of the applicable MorphManager service, subject to these Terms, not the lifetime of the account holder.

Animal welfare, legal compliance, and professional care

You are solely responsible for animal welfare and husbandry decisions, accurate recordkeeping, quarantine and biosecurity, lawful acquisition and possession, breeding, transfers, shipping, permits, reporting, and compliance with local, state, federal, and other applicable rules. MorphManager does not replace qualified veterinary care. Seek a licensed veterinarian or other appropriately qualified professional for health concerns and emergencies.

Availability, limits, and enforcement

We may apply reasonable limits to records, projects, photos, files, exports, requests, community activity, storage, bandwidth, or other usage based on tier, security, technical capacity, fair use, or anti-abuse needs. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; perform maintenance; or restrict access when reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material or repeated violations, security threats, unlawful use, nonpayment, or risk to users, animals, providers, or the service.

Disclaimers and limitation

MorphManager is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, permanent storage, specific breeding outcomes, correctness of community content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorphManager and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, animals, breeding outcomes, transactions, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms as MorphManager evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
